Recent changes to this wiki:

Write some more news about the GTK+ aptitude frontend.
Add my own note about releasing lenny.
Warn about the fact that 0.5.0 is a development release.
It just occurred to me that the positive-sarcastic use of "ridiculous" is a bit of a Seattleism and might not fly on the Internet.
Minor edits to the announcement; tell people to email the aptitude devel list.
Announce version 0.5.0 of aptitude on my blog.
Import the release notes for aptitude 0.5.0.
Fix the time zone of the aptitude release notes (it's PST now, not PDT).
Add the missing release notes for 0.4.11.10.
Write a post about using the Sudoku reduction on hard Sudoku problems.
Hopefully this will be my last post on this subject.
Add a discussion of how to use Debian Packages files to represent Sudoku boards.
Add a sad little whine about the lack of hyphenation in GTK+.
Announce the latest release on my blog.
Add the release notes for aptitude 0.4.11.8 and 0.4.11.9 to the aptitude news feed.
Don't include attachments/* in the RSS feed.
I forgot to upload this change before I pushed the change that created
"attachments", d'oh.
Write a tutorial showing the basics of cwidget.
Hey, I'm in PDT, not PST.
Fix the timestamps on the recent release notes so they end up in the right order.
Add a happy blurb about Arthur's Summer of Code project.
Link from the contact page to the page on bugs.
Add more information about how to contact me to various aptitude Web pages.
The lack of this information probably explains why I get occasional
queries about what the official contact information is. Hopefully this
will clear things up.
Fix the link from aptitude/contributing to the Mercurial home page.
Add release notes for the last few aptitude releases.
Write a blog post about Arthur's aptitude-gtk project.
Fix an incorrect bug number in the 0.4.11.4 release notes.
Add notes about the release of aptitude 0.4.11.4, and add the missing release notes for 0.4.11.3.
Move the horizon for the feed generation on my blog forward again, to avoid spamming planet when I switch feeds.
Note that the vulnerability existed in the past, too.
Fix Julien's name; apparently I can't read very well at 7am.
Add another clarification.
Clarify which cleanup I meant.
Comment on the OpenSSL debacle.
Add a note that I'm back on the Internet.
Add my thesis and the slides from my defense to the wiki.
I wanted to show these to someone today and I couldn't, so now I can.
Be a bit more formal.
Add some notes on the election.
Whoops, fix that new blog entry.
Announce aptitude 0.4.11.2.
Update the date on the 0.4.11.1 blog entry to match when I posted the note, not when it was written.
Write a blog entry announcing aptitude 0.4.11.1.
Add the release notes for 0.4.11.1.
Fix some broken links in my mini-autobio.
Fix a missing link in the abject apology.
Add a note about how I now have mugs on cafepress.
Proofread the announcement of "suck less" mugs.
Add my baby picture to the repository.
D'oh, use the new-style meta tag.
Apparently referer has one "r".
Add an abject apology for screwing up the Planet front-page.
Tweak the dates of the release notes/announcement to reflect when they were published, not when I started writing.
Announce aptitude 0.4.11.
<quote> is a DocBook element, not an HTML element; use <q> instead.
Convert the wiki to the new ikiwiki format.
Touch up my little autobio and add some more text.
Update the tagging TODO entry to indicate its current status.
Remove a link that made sense when I started writing, but isn't relevant any more.
Eh, clean up the language a bit.
Add some thoughts on the importance of deluding oneself.
Re-add the text to this old blog posting.
Probably I should at some point hunt down why a bunch of these old posts
are broken and fix them en masse, probably by fixing the parser for my
blogspot export and then re-running it.
Fix formatting errors in the text version of my resume.
This update adds the missing "C#" header to the list of languages
I know, and fixes formatting anomalies (like blocks having extra
spaces if they had more nesting levels in the XML source).
Move the resumes other than HTML to a sub-directory "resume" to reduce ikiwiki confusion.
Wiki-links have been updated, and the links in the HTML now use wiki-links
to make sure they go to the right place for both the local build on my
machine and the version that gets installed on the Web server.
Add links to the printable and plain-text resume variants from the HTML page.
I need to overhaul the generator so that I can automate this next time I
update the backing XML file, but this will do for the time being.
Add popup links to the printable and text versions of my resume from the top-level.
Add a current version of my resume.
Aside from the obvious change (checking in the resume), this involved
adding links from the sidebar and writing a new resume-specific sidebar
that includes printable and text versions of the resume, and updating
the CSS accordingly. I've also added some placeholder text for the
"about me" page, but I'm too sleepy to actually write content for it.
Probably "my emphasis" is better than "emphasis mine".
Fix up the formatting in the latest post.
Fix formatting in the new post.
Add a rant about the Seattle Times' use of "discount".
Improve the wording to make it clear I'm not accusing the company of metaphor abuse.
Add a silly entry about "bullet-proof" encryption.
Add some notes about where the Debian source lives.
Add a post about how much registrars suck.
Tweak the footer on blog posts to improve the wording.
Tweak the header on the main blog feed to improve the wording.
Add a brief pointer to an Updegrove blog post that I like.
Improve the 'contact me' footer.
Add a footer with my e-mail address to all pages in the wiki.
Add an experimental aptitude-specific page.
I'm curious to see whether anyone responds to these online donation boxes.
Groklaw is funded off them, but it has a truly ginormous audience. I doubt
I'll pick up any significant amount, but without trying there's no way to
know.
Remove the broken-links page.
Remove the silly work-in-progress notification.
Add a TODO item to improve the handling of the null solution.
Mark the first step of the test case generator (defining an input syntax) as done.
Fix the links to the aptitude documentation (oops!)
Add a blog post announcing aptitude 0.4.10.
Tag up the cwidget-0.5.6.1 post.
Add a note on my blog about cwidget 0.5.6.1 being released.
Add notes on where the apt source repository lives and how to download it.
Tag this HOWTO post with "HOWTO".
Proofread, edit, and generally clean up the HOWTO post.
It's now ready to be pushed to the algebraic thunk. I think.
Add a HOWTO on converting from Blogger to IkiWiki.
Format my contact info in blog posts more nicely.
This adds some padding between it and the top border of the page
information area.
Exclude *.tmpl from my blogs.
Write a special page template for blog posts, to include contact information in the post.
Improve how blockquotes are displayed.
Add a note about how to contact me to the main blog page.
I'd also like to add a note on each blog post, but ikiwiki doesn't seem
to support this (??).
Add comments from users who expressed positive feelings about me doing so.
Add 'make' to the list of packages too.
Add 'make' to the list of required software.
Fix the beamer post.
Add a silly blog entry about 'beamers'.
